• Ages 26+ only to rent
• Requires at least two years of experience operating a similar boat within 10 feet of this vessel's size
• Requires no marine losses in the past 10 years, no violations or suspensions in the past 5 years, and no criminal convictions or no-contest pleas
• Renters born after January 1, 1988 require a boater's license by law
• Bring a valid driver's license or passport for check-in
• All passengers must sign a release waiver
• Stay within the Intracoastal and Sarasota Bay; Gulf of Mexico travel is not permitted
• Travel no farther north than the south end of Longboat Key or south than the Venice Jetties
• The renter is responsible for property damage and liable for injuries to themselves and passengers
