Know before you go

• Be at least 26 years old to rent
• Have at least two years of experience operating a similar vessel within 10 feet of this boat
• Have no marine losses in the past 10 years, violations or suspensions in the past 5 years, or criminal convictions or no-contest pleas
• Present a driver's license at check-in
• Hold a boater's license if born after January 1, 1988
• Have all passengers sign a release waiver at the store
• Stay out of the Gulf of Mexico and within the Intracoastal and Sarasota Bay area, from south Longboat Key to the Venice Jetties
• Accept responsibility for property damage and liability for injuries to yourself and passengers
