Important details

• Ages 26+ only to rent
• Requires at least two years operating similar-sized vessels, within 10 feet of this boat’s size
• Requires no marine losses in the past 10 years, no violations or suspensions in the past 5 years, and no criminal convictions or no-contest pleas
• Boater’s license required by law for renters born after January 1, 1988
• Bring a driver’s license or passport at check-in
• Complete a release waiver for all passengers at check-in
• Stay within the Intracoastal and Sarasota Bay area; Gulf of Mexico travel is not permitted
• Stay no farther north than the south end of Longboat Key or farther south than the Venice Jetties
• Renters are responsible for property damage and injuries to themselves and passengers
