Know before you go

• Ages 26+ only for renters
• Require at least two years operating similar vessels within 10 feet of this boat’s size
• No marine losses within the past 10 years, violations or suspensions within five years, or criminal convictions or no-contest pleas
• Bring a boater’s license if born after January 1, 1988
• Bring a driver’s license for check-in
• Have all passengers sign a release waiver
• Stay within the Intracoastal and Sarasota Bay area; Gulf of Mexico travel is not permitted
• Remain no farther north than the south end of Longboat Key or south than the Venice Jetties
• Renters are responsible for property damage and liable for injuries to themselves and passengers
