• Ages 26+ only to rent
• Requires at least 2 years of experience operating similar boats within 10 feet of this boat’s size
• No marine losses in the past 10 years, violations or suspensions in the past 5 years, or criminal convictions or no-contest pleas
• Requires a Boater’s License for renters born after January 1, 1988
• Bring a valid driver’s license at check-in
• Have all passengers sign a release waiver
• Accept responsibility for boat damage and liability for injuries to you and your passengers
• Stay out of the Gulf of Mexico and within the Intracoastal and Sarasota Bay area, from south Longboat Key to the Venice Jetties
