Itinerary
- Fill out your Liability Waivers before you arrive.
- Bring Photo ID for waiver confirmation.
- Arrive to the office 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time to check in at the office. Free parking onsite.
- Parasail Trip will last 2-2.5 hours once we leave the dock.
- Parasail boat will bring you back to the office at the end of the trip.

Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before departure for check-in
- Bring a valid photo ID for liability waiver verification
- Complete the liability waiver before arrival
- Ages 5+ only to parasail; observers must be ages 2+
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent onboard
- Travelers under 18 need a liability waiver signed by an adult age 21 or older
- Flying groups require a combined parachute weight of 180–200 lbs minimum and 420 lbs maximum
- Pregnant travelers cannot parasail or ride along
- Do not consume alcohol before or during the activity
- Departures are weather permitting and do not operate in thunderstorms or high winds
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice before scheduled check-in. Bookings made within 24 hours of departure cannot be canceled or rescheduled.

FAQs
You must be at least 5 years old to fly. Children under 2 are not permitted to ride along. Pregnant guests cannot participate or ride along. Guests under 18 must have an adult age 21+ sign the liability waiver, and children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent onboard.
Arrive 30 minutes before your reservation time for check-in. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for check-in, you will not make the boat.
Bring a photo ID for liability waiver verification, plus sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen) and a towel if you plan to get dipped. You may bring snacks and other beverages, but do not bring alcohol. No glass is permitted.
