Sara clearly runs a standout operation here, and travelers consistently rave about her personal attention and expertise. She takes time to explain routes, adjust recommendations based on weather and currents, and helps everyone feel confident on the water—reviewers mention she's particularly attentive with older kayakers and those needing extra assistance. The equipment stands out too, with several people noting the clear-bottom kayaks and well-maintained gear. Communication is smooth, and she accommodates last-minute bookings even during busy periods. The wildlife viewing delivers what people hope for: manatees, alligators, turtles, and fish in crystal-clear spring water. Sara knows the best spots and routes to maximize sightings. There's one complaint about rude behavior toward other kayakers at the launch ramp, though it's unclear if this involved Sara herself or another guide. Overall, the personal service and local knowledge make this a reliable choice for exploring the springs.
we kayaked the rainbow river, party of two. We kayaked from the state launch on Southwest 190th, upstream to rainbow Springs State Park; and then return. Three hours. Great scenery! We saw birds, fish, turtles, eagles, snakes, and other wildlife. Great time! This was March 2026, no wetsuit was needed and I am a sensitive guy. Sarah was terrific on set up arrangements, launching, and everything! Will do this again!
