- A security deposit, not included in the listed price, will be charged to your card on arrival. If no damage is found, it will be returned within 24–48 hours. Damage may result in additional charges up to the cost of repairs.

- Complete a waiver before taking the kayak out. Wear your provided life jacket while on the dock, and remain aboard throughout the rental.
- Return the kayak by your scheduled end time and before closing. Your rental duration is fixed when you book.
- Arrive 30 minutes before your reservation time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel within 24 hours of booking with no cancellation fee. Otherwise, cancel at least 72 hours before your reservation for a full refund minus a $10 cancellation fee or reschedule to a new date. No refund is issued for cancellations within 72 hours of your reservation. Late arrivals receive no extra rental time, refunds, or credits.
