• Age 18+ required to rent.
• Weight limit: 300 lbs.
• Bring a photo ID or current driver's license for pickup.
• Late-return charges are not included in the listed price. After a 15-minute grace period, you'll be charged for an additional rental hour.
• Recovery of lost or abandoned equipment costs $50 per hour, separate from the listed price.
• Repairs cost $50, separate from the listed price. The operator decides whether damaged equipment requires repair or replacement. Replacement charges include $400 for a single sit-on kayak, $25 for a life jacket, and $60 for a paddle.
• Sign the waiver before arrival.
• Walk into the water to launch and return your kayak; your feet and footwear will get wet. Wear secure footwear suitable for getting wet.
• Follow staff safety instructions before entering the water. Rentals may be suspended or ended if weather or water conditions become unsafe.
• The operator may refuse a rental.
• Arrive a few minutes early for check-in, equipment assignment, and life jacket fitting. Your rental time starts at your reserved time. Return your equipment by the scheduled return time.
