- Requires safe, competent bike operation in urban traffic
- Do not use mobile phones or other digital devices while riding
- Do not rent or ride under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- A damage deposit may be required; loss, theft or damage may be charged to your card, with pedal-bike charges of at least $650
