Riders must be 12+ and at least 4'11". Minors must be with a parent or legal guardian and must wear a helmet. A photo ID, credit card, and signed digital waiver are required; service may be refused for safety or intoxication.
All sales are final. Customer cancellations inside 48 hours forfeit payment. Requests must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the start and are at the company’s discretion. The company may cancel or reschedule for severe weather or safety; if rescheduling is not possible, a refund may be offered.

We went on a bike tour with FreeWheelin' on our first ever trip to New Orleans a few years ago. We ended up renting bikes from them as well. They were all around so awesome that we went back to them this past trip and rented a golf cart. It was AMAZING. Great tours and great people, Teddy is the best. Highly recommend.
