- Requires getting in and out of a kayak and sitting comfortably for 2 hours
- Children 12 and under must ride in a tandem kayak with an adult, not on an adult's lap in a single kayak
- Sign a rental waiver before paddling
- Arrive 15–20 minutes before your booking time

If the operator cancels for weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. No-shows are charged the full price.
