- Single kayak rentals are for ages 12+
- Wear the provided life jacket at all times on the water
- Under-18 participants require release paperwork completed by a legal guardian
- Transport off-site kayaks only on approved roof racks; pickup beds and cars without suitable racks are not allowed
- Secure the kayak properly during transport
- Keep at least 100 yards from harbor seals, especially when pups are present
- Avoid alcohol and substances that affect sound decision-making while on the water
- Late-return fees, not included in the listed price, apply based on extra time
- A $20 cleaning fee, not included in the listed price, applies if equipment is returned dirty
- You are responsible for the full replacement value of lost, damaged, or stolen equipment
- Rentals operate rain or shine but do not go out in heavy wind, heavy rain, or lightning
Cancellation Policy
No refunds or transfers for cancellations received less than 72 hours before scheduled tours. Substitutions of other participants are allowed for the reserved day.

FAQs
Yes. Off-site kayak rentals must be transported on roof racks that meet approval. You may not carry the kayak in a pickup bed or on a car roof without suitable racks, and you are responsible for securing the boat.
Rental racks are available, but you need to confirm ahead of time that the available racks can be attached to your vehicle.
Late returns are subject to additional fees based on how late you are. If you return equipment dirty, a $20 cleaning fee applies and is charged after the gear is returned.
