Pick up a single or tandem sit-on-top kayak in Port Gamble and head out on the water with basic instruction and a safety talk. Choose a full-day, weekend, or week rental based on your plans.
Off-site rentals must be transported on approved roof racks; kayaks may not be carried in a pickup bed or on a roof without suitable racks. All participants must sign a release form, and minors under 18 need a legal guardian present or a completed form sent with them. Late returns may incur additional fees—confirm the amount with Greetwell before booking.
No refunds or transfers for cancellations received less than 72 hours before scheduled tours for any reason. Substitutions of other participants will be allowed for the day reserved.
Yes. Off-site kayak rentals must be transported on roof racks that meet approval. You may not carry the kayak in a pickup bed or on a car roof without suitable racks, and you are responsible for securing the boat.
Rental racks are available, but you need to confirm ahead of time that the available racks can be attached to your vehicle.
Late returns are subject to additional fees based on how late you are. If you return equipment dirty, a $20 cleaning fee applies and is charged after the gear is returned.

He was casually professional and extremely knowledgeable. It was a pleasant and informative buying experience. Trina helped when I brought a friend to rent a dry suit. She was energetic and customer-focused. I appreciated her flexibility and 10/10 customer service. Overall, I’d recommend checking this place out on your way out to the peninsula, if you have rental needs, and especially if you’re in the market for a new wet/dry suit. With so little options for rentals in the greater Tacoma area, I’m very glad that this place exists. Additional notes: they sell pfd’s, kayaks, paddle boards, and other associated accessories. From what I understand, they also offer many courses.
