Instructors like Brian and Carson run courses ranging from beginner capsize recovery to more advanced surf and navigation clinics, consistently meeting students at their skill level and pushing them forward thoughtfully. It is an absolutely magical experience if seeing plankton sparkle as you paddle and kayaking in the dark is your thing. While I would love to keep them a secret, I think everyone should take the time to do this with them if you can afford it (weekdays offer lower rates). They’re kind, informative guides and it’s just one of those unique summer experiences that has to be shared.
