Important details
- Arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in, rules, and gear preparation
- Ages 13+ only; minors need a parent or guardian present
- Pregnant participants cannot take part
- Wear fully enclosed shoes; Crocs, flats, heels, slippers, and shoes with exposed feet or heels are not permitted
- Wear all required safety gear during the session
- Safety gear generally fits sizes S–XXL and may not fit participants under 5 feet, over 6 feet 5 inches, or over 300 lbs
- Stop smashing and notify staff immediately if any safety gear breaks
- Do not bring CRT TVs, microwaves, batteries, weapons, needles, food, chemicals, or hazardous, liquid-filled, pressurized, or flammable items
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 25% fee; cancellations within 5 hours receive no refund. One free reschedule is available within 24 hours, while reschedules within 5 hours are subject to a 25% fee.

FAQs
You may bring your own safety gear for the rage room if staff approve it. Damage to personal safety gear or clothing is not covered.
Provided gear fits most standard S–XXL sizes. Same-day refunds are not available if safety gear cannot fit safely.
