- Participation includes permission for the museum to photograph or film you and children in your care on the train or grounds, and use those images for promotion without compensation.
- Arrive approximately 60 minutes before your scheduled departure to park and collect your boarding passes from the Depot. Boarding begins approximately 15 minutes before departure.
Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non-refundable. Exchanges depend on availability; ticket value expires after the last daytime departure on the third Saturday of December. Events run in rain, shine or snow when safety standards are met, but persistent inclement weather may cause closure. If your ride is cancelled and not rescheduled that day, a full refund may be provided upon request.
