- Sign a waiver before entering; a parent or legal guardian must sign for minors

Cancellation Policy
No refunds. Changes to the date or time may be available if requested at least 1 hour before the scheduled booking, subject to availability. Arrivals more than 10 minutes after the scheduled booking may be considered no-shows and forfeit the booking. Failing to meet the dress code may result in forfeiture without a refund.

Wear closed-toe shoes (no sandals or Crocs), a long-sleeve shirt or hoodie, and full-length pants or legwear with no holes that covers your ankles. Jumpsuits in unisex sizes S–XXL are available on request, though exact sizing is not guaranteed.
Check in, complete waivers, gear up, and review safety rules before entering the rage room. Allow about 15 minutes for preparation and 10 minutes after your 15–20 minutes of rage time.
All participants need a signed waiver before entering. Adults 18+ sign their own waiver; a parent or legal guardian must sign for minors.
