- Arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to check in and gear up
- Ages 13+ recommended; under 13s require parent or guardian supervision and case-by-case approval
- Wear closed-toe shoes
- Wear the provided face shield at all times; gloves are provided
- Extra smashables must be free of hazardous chemicals and liquids; more than one additional crate per person incurs a $13 disposal fee per crate or crate-size, not included in the listed price
- Intentionally damaging permanent room fixtures incurs a minimum $250 fee, not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your booking for a full refund. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be rescheduled. No-shows are charged the full price.

FAQs
Arrive 5 minutes early to check in and gear up. If you arrive more than 5–10 minutes late, your group may need to wait for the next opening, which can be 3 hours or more during busy times.
Coveralls are recommended for everyone. You may opt out if you wear long sleeves and long pants for your smash room session.
Toy smashes are available as an alternative to smashing glass and ceramic for children under 13.
