Important details

- Bring a valid photo ID
- Participation is not permitted under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Sign a waiver before arrival; each participant needs their own signed waiver
- Wear solid, closed-toe shoes and all supplied protective clothing and gear
- If you bring your own items, staff must check them before use. Tube-style monitors and televisions, cooling devices, light bulbs, fluorescent lights, pressurized cans and batteries are not allowed
- Never swing at anyone in the room
- Arrive 10 minutes early for check-in
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 24 hours before your reservation for a full refund. Cancel less than 24 hours before for an e-gift card for a future visit. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. No-shows are charged the full price. Large-group deposits are non-refundable.
