- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure
- Ages 6+ only; minimum weight 50 lbs
- Complete a digital liability waiver before departure; a parent or legal guardian must sign for participants 17 and under
- Wear shoes that can get wet and stay securely on your feet; no flip-flops
- High water may change age limits or participation eligibility based on physical ability and the number of able passengers
- Private rafts require at least 6 adults, and all participants must paddle
- Gratuity is not included; 20% of the rack rate is recommended
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation at least 48 hours before departure. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are nonrefundable. If the operator cancels due to adverse weather, conditions, or insufficient numbers, you’ll receive a refund.

FAQs
Wear synthetic layers and a bathing suit. Bring secure shoes that can get wet—no flip-flops—plus a sweatshirt or towel, sunscreen, water, and snacks for the bus ride. Hats and sunglasses are recommended.
High water may change age limits or restrict participation based on health conditions, physical ability, or the number of able passengers. Changes may be made at the last minute for safety, especially in June and July.
The standard raft seats up to 16 passengers and has both paddling and non-paddling positions.
