- Sign a waiver before participating; an adult must sign for minors
- Wear a life jacket at all times

Cancellation Policy
For non-charter bookings, cancellations within 24 hours of start can be moved to a new date. If you book within 48 hours, cancel within 1 hour for a full refund. Arrive within 15 minutes or move to the next available slot or date; late arrivals without prior consent are no-shows without refund. If weather creates a safety concern, the operator may cancel; reschedule or receive a refund minus special or custom order costs.
