Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 10 days before departure for a full refund minus a $30 booking fee. Later cancellations or reschedules are charged the full cost. If the operator cancels for weather or other reasons beyond its control, deposits are fully refunded if no alternative date is available. No refund for same-day time changes.
