Cancel more than 30 days before your tour for a full refund. Cancel or reschedule at least 14 days before for a refund minus a $100 administrative fee. No refunds for cancellations within 14 days or no-shows.

If your outing runs longer than the included transportation time, extra time is billed at $95 per hour ($62.50 per half hour).
