Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your ride. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a refund minus a 10% booking fee. Unsafe-weather cancellations receive a refund minus a 10% booking fee. Late arrivals do not receive a refund.
