Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before start for a full refund. Within 48 hours, no-shows and cancellations are charged full price. Reschedules within 48 hours incur a rebook fee of 75% of the regular tour price. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
