Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before your session for a full credit as a gift card for future use, or reschedule at no fee. Cancel less than 48 hours before your session and your deposit is forfeited. Rescheduling less than 48 hours before costs a $15 rebooking fee per guest.

FAQs
Yes. All participants in the Splash Room Experience must sign a waiver before participating. A parent or guardian must sign for anyone under 18.
Wear old clothing you do not mind getting paint on. The paint is not washable.
Yes. Bring small snacks and your own drinks that fit on your assigned table. Pans of food, trays, crock pots, and multiple drink bottles are not allowed unless you have a semi-private or private event. Clean up any outside items before leaving.
