Important details
- Ages 10+ only; ages 10–15 require a parent or guardian
- A parent-signed waiver is required for ages 16–17
- Do not enter if under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Cancellation Policy
No refund for no-shows. Cancel within 24 hours of the appointment time for a 50% refund plus fees. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unforeseen circumstances.

Wear closed-toe shoes. Long pants are strongly recommended for safety.
Arrive before your scheduled start time. Your lane is reserved from the scheduled booking time, and reservations are held for up to 5 minutes after it begins.
Complete all waivers before arrival. Ages 16–17 require a parent to sign a waiver; an online waiver with a completion screenshot is also accepted.
