Cancellation Policy
Cancel within 24 hours of your appointment for a 50% refund plus fees. No refund for no-shows. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to unforeseen circumstances or more than 24 hours before booking.

Your room is reserved for the scheduled start time, not your arrival time. Reservations are held for up to 5 minutes after the start time; after that, they are canceled as a no-show without a refund.
