Important details
- Return rental equipment before 4 pm to avoid an additional day’s rental charge for each late day
- Equipment not returned within two days of the reserved date is considered lost or abandoned
- Replacement charges apply for lost or abandoned equipment: $800 for a kayak or SUP, $65 for a life jacket, and $95 or $120 for a paddle
- Complete a waiver before using the rental equipment
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Tours operate rain or shine except in lightning. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather.
