Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 5 days before departure for a full refund of charter fees. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, reschedule first; if that is not mutually possible, charter fees are refunded. If the vessel is unavailable, reschedule first or receive a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
FAQs
Each adult must complete a waiver before boarding your sunset charter. A parent or guardian completes the waiver for minors.
Bring food and beverages to personalize your sail. Do not bring red wine or glass beer bottles; wine and champagne are permitted. Avoid items that may stain the upholstery.
Use lotion sunscreen only—do not bring spray sunscreen, oils, bronzers, or shimmer products. Go barefoot or wear clean socks onboard.
