• Insurance coverage is required for the charter period, including hull, liability, and pollution coverage
• Fuel is included, but charges apply if the boat is returned with less fuel than at departure
• Maximum cruise speed is 20 knots
• No scuba diving, skin diving, water skiing, parasailing, beaching, or rafting with other vessels
• Illegal drugs and contraband are prohibited aboard
