Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 72 hours before your reservation for a refund less booking fees. Reschedule up to 48 hours before. If the operator cancels due to weather and you cannot reschedule, you’ll receive a full refund. No refunds or rebooking if a cruise is canceled or ends early due to behavioral issues.

Bring sunscreen. If you plan to get wet, bring a bathing suit, towel, and water shoes. You may also bring food and drinks in cans or plastic bottles; glass is not allowed.
The cruise may still depart in light rain, as 80% of the boat is covered. During heavier showers, the captain may wait out the rain or reschedule. Cruises are canceled for high winds or thunderstorms.
