Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours before departure for a full refund; 24–48 hours for a 50% refund; less than 24 hours, no refund. Rescheduling 48+ hours before may be accommodated at no charge, subject to availability. Full refund or rescheduling if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or mechanical issues. No-shows or arrivals over 15 minutes late may forfeit the charter without refund.
