Cancel up to 48 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours, no-shows, and late arrivals are nonrefundable. Florida Resident Tickets are nonrefundable. Other tickets receive a full refund or rescheduling if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or minimum passenger numbers.
