- You must be 18 or older to rent
- Weight capacity: 350 lbs
- Bring a photo ID or current driver's license for pickup
- Return your equipment by the scheduled return time. After a 15-minute grace period, you'll be charged an additional hour of rental, not included in the listed price
- Lost or abandoned equipment incurs a recovery charge of $50 per hour, not included in the listed price
- Damaged equipment incurs a $50 repair charge or replacement costs, as determined by the operator. These charges are not included in the listed price. Replacement costs are $650 for a paddle board, $25 for a life jacket, $60 for a paddle, $50 for a pump, $140 for an electric pump, $30 for a paddle board leash, and $35 for a paddle board fin
- Sign the waiver before arrival
- Wear secure footwear that can get wet, and follow staff instructions before entering the water
- Rentals may be suspended or ended if weather or water conditions become unsafe
- Arrive a few minutes before your reservation for check-in, equipment assignment, and life jacket fitting. Your rental time starts at the time shown on your reservation
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit. You'll also receive a full refund or credit if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.

FAQs
Rentals are available on Saturdays only, from April through October.
Bring plenty of water, sunscreen, sunglasses and/or a hat, and comfortable clothing that can get wet. Bring a towel or change of clothes for afterward if desired. Take only what you need on the water, and leave unnecessary valuables secured in your vehicle.
