- Paddler weight limit: 400 lbs
- A $10 drop-off fee applies to delivery rentals and is not included in the listed price
- Returns more than 15 minutes late incur a fee of at least $40 per craft, separate from the listed price
- Additional damage or loss charges apply: $50 for a paddle, $20 for a paddleboard fin, and $25 for damage to a life jacket. A $500 replacement fee may apply if the paddleboard is damaged beyond use
- Pickup rentals require a 24-hour rental. These rentals are typically for off-site use. Return the board by the pickup time or earlier the following day
- Complete a safety waiver for yourself. A parent must complete a waiver for each child
- Arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled rental to check in and complete any outstanding waiver. Your time on the water begins at your scheduled reservation time
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled rental for a full refund. No refunds are available after that cutoff. If the operator stops rentals due to unsafe weather or lake conditions, you'll be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
