A valid driver's license is required and at least one renter must be 18 or older. Rentals are self-guided, and drugs, alcohol, or harassing wildlife are not permitted.

Cancellation policy

No refunds. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a raincheck credit equal to the rental value, minus a $5 fee per paddleboard if no credit is given. Unused time under 1 hour is not credited or refunded. Raincheck credits can be used to reschedule within the same year. Weather-related cancellations receive a raincheck credit.
