- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled rental.
- Check in with a valid photo ID and physical credit card.

Important details
- The primary renter must be 18 or older. At least one person aged 18 or older must be on the equipment at all times.
- Comfort in and around the water is required.
- Bring a valid photo ID. The person responsible for the reservation must be present at check-in.
- Bring the physical credit card used for the reservation. An ID and credit card are required for each piece of equipment rented.
- Late-return charges may apply and are not included in the listed price.
- You may be responsible for damaged, lost, stolen or unreturned equipment. Any resulting charges are not included in the listed price.
- Complete the required waiver for each participant. A parent or legal guardian must complete waivers for minors.
- One rider is permitted per paddleboard unless staff approves another arrangement.
- Stay within the approved Mission Bay paddling area.
- Rentals may be delayed, modified or shortened if conditions are unsafe. Your route and distance depend on wind, water conditions, physical ability and rental length.
- You are responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged by water.
- Late arrivals may receive less time on the water, and the scheduled return time may not be extended.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund. You'll also receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Refunds take up to 30 days to process. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full price.

FAQs
Allow extra time for parking, especially on weekends and holidays. Additional parking may be available in the overflow lot along Santa Clara Place or near El Carmel Point.
