Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund when you cancel 48 hours or more before your rental. Cancellations within 48 hours, no-shows, and late arrivals are non-refundable. Reschedule once at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. If lake conditions are unsafe, choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. No refunds for shortened rentals due to late arrival or early return.
