- Swimming ability and comfort in and around the water are required
- Requires the physical ability to enter, exit, balance, and paddle safely
- Participation requires being sober and unimpaired. Alcohol, marijuana, illegal drugs, and other substances that affect safe participation are not permitted
- Wear closed-toe water shoes; they are required and are not included
- Wear your properly fitted life jacket as directed throughout the rental
- Complete all required waivers and participant information before launch
- Follow safety instructions, stay within approved areas, use equipment properly, and return it in good condition
- Keep a respectful distance from wildlife; do not touch, chase, or feed it
- Launch times and rental plans may change due to weather, wind, water conditions, equipment availability, or scheduling needs
- Arrive 15 minutes before launch for check-in, life jacket fitting, and orientation. Late arrivals do not extend your scheduled rental end time
Cancellation Policy
More than 48 hours before: eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling. 24–48 hours before: 50% refund or one free reschedule. Less than 24 hours before and no-shows: non-refundable; a future credit may be offered for cancellations. If the operator cancels for unsafe weather or water conditions, you'll be offered a full refund, account credit, or free rescheduling.
