• A $15 late-return fee applies if you exceed your booked time and is not included in the listed price.
• Wear a properly fitted, secured life vest and your whistle at all times on the water.
• Sign the required waiver before entering the water. If you complete it online, confirm the waiver email so your signature registers.
• Check the weather forecast before heading out and watch for strong winds, thunderstorms, and rough water.
• Follow the provided navigation, right-of-way, and safety instructions. When paddling with companions, stay within sight and hearing of one another.
• Do not consume alcohol or drugs while operating the paddleboard.
• Review emergency procedures before launching, including how to get back onto the board after capsizing and signal for help.
• Arrive 15 minutes before your reservation for waivers and instruction. Your rental time starts at your reserved time.
• Return your paddleboard one hour before the ramp closes, even if you have booked a full-day rental.
