Know before you go
- Arrive 30 minutes early to complete essential paperwork and receive the full rental time
- Ages 21+ only to rent; drivers must be 16+ years old
- Bring a valid driver's license for every rider, including passengers
- Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
- Complete paperwork if you are 18 or older
- Bring eye protection
- A $2,000 refundable credit-card hold is required and returned if no damage occurs
- Late returns are charged separately from the listed price at $100 per hour per unit, with a $50 minimum per unit
- Cover the next customer's reservation cost if a late half-day return causes them to lose their spot
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before your rental for a full refund. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full reservation amount.
