Programs run June–September. Gratuity is not included; 10–20% is recommended. If you book online, a 6% nonrefundable online booking fee may apply.

If you cancel or rebook within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, you are charged in full (except for emergencies). If you cancel or rebook after booking, a 5% administration fee applies (except for emergencies). FAQs
Use hotel pickup and drop-off only if you’re staying within the town of Jackson city limits. If you’re staying outside Jackson, drive to either the Home Ranch Welcome Center in Jackson or the Village Road Transit Center (corner of Teton Village Road and Highway 22).
Expect hotel pickups between 7:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m., depending on season and how many pickups run that evening. Typical seasonal windows are 7:00–8:00 p.m. (October–April), 8:00–8:30 p.m. (May), 8:30–9:30 p.m. (June–August), and 8:00 p.m. (September).
Dress for big temperature swings: wear long pants, a warm jacket, close-toed shoes with thick socks, and a hat. Summer nights can drop below 40°F even when midday temperatures go above 80°F.
