Base price is $1,000 total for up to 2 people, even if your group is 1–2 travelers. If you book online, a 6% online booking fee is nonrefundable even if the operator cancels due to weather.
Cancellation Policy
Operator decides by 7 p.m. day of program to cancel or offer an alternative due to weather. No charge if operator cancels due to bad weather, except a 6% nonrefundable online booking fee if you booked online. If you cancel or rebook within 48 hours, no refund. After booking, cancel/rebook fee: 5%.

FAQs
Dress for big temperature swings. In summer, mid-day can be above 80°F, but nights can drop below 40°F. Wear long pants, a warm jacket, closed-toed shoes with thick socks, and a hat. In winter, dress like you’re going skiing on a very cold day.
Most telescopes require a ladder to reach the eyepiece. If you or someone in your group cannot use a ladder, request a telescope that does not require one (available on private programs only).
Pickup times vary by season, and the operator will send your specific time after you book. Typical windows are 7–8 p.m. (October–April), 8–8:30 p.m. (May), 8:30–9:30 p.m. (June–August), and 8 p.m. (September).
