Important details
- Drivers must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license. Bring one valid driver's license for each snowmobile rented.
- A $1,000 security deposit, separate from the listed price, will be held on your card during the reservation and released after return inspections. You are responsible for all machine damage and resulting lost rental income.
- Fuel is not included in the listed price. Your snowmobile starts with a full tank, and you are responsible for fuel used. If you refuel it yourself, use non-ethanol 91-octane fuel; otherwise, the operator will refuel it and charge your card.
- Guide gratuity is not included in the listed price.
- Complete a waiver for every rider and passenger before arrival.
- Visibility, route, terrain, and departure timing may change because of weather, snow conditions, darkness, or operational needs.
- Arrive 30 minutes before your reservation time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days before your rental date; a 10% processing fee is retained. Within 7 days, the operator will try to rebook your equipment. You'll receive credit for any portion rebooked, less a 10% processing fee. Special terms may apply to large groups or custom packages.
