The staff here really stand out, with Hans and Jessica earning special mentions for their knowledge and genuine helpfulness. Whether you're renting a high-end carbon road bike, need a quick brake repair, or want an ebike to cruise to Aquinnah, they take time to explain everything and get you set up properly. Long-time customers keep coming back after 20 years, which says plenty about the consistency. The rental fleet impresses with quality options from e-bikes to premium road bikes, all well-maintained and ready for the island's paths. They deliver bikes to rental houses, offer free helmets, and handle both walk-ins and online bookings smoothly. Several cyclists praised how the team quickly diagnosed mechanical issues and even helped with free advice when parts weren't in stock. The repair service earns consistent praise for being fast and reasonably priced, especially appreciated during vacation time when every moment counts.
