Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Severe weather: reschedule at no additional cost (subject to availability) or request a full refund. Missed, late, canceled, or changed without 24 hours notice: charged 100% of reserved bike and accessories. Parties of 6+: 72 hours notice for full refund.
