Important details
- An after-hours return fee of $60 per bike is not included in the listed price and applies if you return late.
- Do not leave bikes outside the shop after hours.
- For a same-day rental destined for the Hiawatha Trail, pick up your bike no later than 10:30 AM.
- Return your bike at least 30 minutes before the shop closes. For a 24-hour rental, return it at the same time of day you picked it up.
Cancellation Policy
You'll receive a full refund or credit if you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, or if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.

Allow 5–8 hours for the full round trip from Kellogg, including the drive to the trailhead, your ride, the shuttle back to the top, and the drive back. The shuttle wait can range from 30 minutes to 3 hours.
