Important details
- Renters and all drivers must be 25 or older with a current, valid driver's license. Only drivers listed on the rental agreement may drive.
- A current automobile insurance policy covering the rental is required, including liability, comprehensive, and collision coverage, plus other coverage required by law. Your insurance is primary.
- No pets are permitted in the cart.
- Additional charges are not included in the listed price: towing costs $150 within 10 miles or $250 within 20 miles; lost or unreturned keys cost $50 per key; late-return fees are $75 per hour for up to 4 hours.
- Assistance for avoidable problems, including running out of battery charge, may incur a separate trip charge of $50 during business hours, 8 AM–5 PM, or $100 after hours.
- Separate charges apply for excessive dirt or unpleasant odors, damage, missing equipment, vehicle loss, recovery or repossession, and parking tickets or traffic violations. You may also be responsible for loss-of-use, administrative, and collection costs. An abandoned cart incurs $2 per mile between the rental location and the abandonment location. Overdue amounts incur interest of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by state law.
- Drive only on roads with posted speed limits of 35 mph or less, and stay within the rental area specified in the rental instructions. Do not drive over curbs, on bike paths or sidewalks, or off-road, including beaches.
- Follow normal road rules and yield to faster traffic when safe. Do not drink alcohol or use a phone, earphones, or earbuds while driving.
- Keep everyone seated and safely belted before moving, and distribute passenger weight properly. Do not stand in the cart, even when parked.
- Child seats are not provided. Ensure proper seating for children; use of your own child seat is at your own risk.
- Inspect the cart for damage before and after the rental. In an accident, provide a police report or ticket within 14 days to avoid potential responsibility for all damages. Proof of financial responsibility is required after an accident.
- Plug the cart in at the end of each day and return it fully charged. Recovery charges apply if low battery charge prevents its return.
- Have the cart available for pickup by the agreed return date and time. Pickup uses the same window selected for delivery, but delivery and pickup times are not guaranteed and may change with availability or scheduling conflicts.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before your rental for a refund minus $25; less than 72 but more than 24 hours before, minus $50. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged the full price. No refunds once your rental starts. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit.
