Important details

• Renters and all drivers must be at least 25 and have a current, valid driver's license. Only drivers listed on the rental agreement or added as authorized drivers may drive.
• A current automobile insurance policy is required throughout the rental, including liability and comprehensive and collision coverage extending to the rental vehicle, plus other coverage required by law. Your policy provides primary coverage and must meet applicable state minimums.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Additional charges are not included in the listed price: towing costs $150 within 10 miles or $250 within 20 miles; lost or unreturned keys cost $50 each; late-return charges are $75 per hour for up to 4 hours.
• Assistance trips for avoidable issues, including running out of battery charge, cost $50 for issues reported during business hours, 8 AM–5 PM, or $100 after hours. Recovery charges also apply for low battery, impoundment, or repossession.
• Charges apply for excessive dirt or unpleasant odors, damage, missing equipment, traffic violations, and parking tickets. You are responsible for damage-related loss of use and associated costs under the rental agreement. Damage charges may be billed to the payment method on file. An abandoned vehicle incurs an additional $2 per mile between the rental location and where it is left.
• Drive only on roads with posted speed limits of 35 mph or less and within the rental area's restrictions. Do not drive on sidewalks, bike paths, over curbs, off-road, or on beaches. Follow normal traffic rules and yield safely to faster-moving traffic.
• Keep everyone seated and safely belted before moving. Do not stand in the cart, even when parked, and keep passenger weight properly distributed.
• Child seats are not provided. You are responsible for proper child seating; use of your own child seat is at your own risk.
• Do not drink alcohol, use a cell phone, or wear earphones or earbuds while driving.
• Plug the cart in at the end of each day, maintain its charge during the rental, and have it fully charged for return.
• Inspect the cart with the rental representative before and after your rental and note any damage. Do not arrange servicing or replacement parts without prior approval.
• After an accident, a police report or ticket must be supplied within 14 days to avoid potential responsibility for all damages. Proof of financial responsibility is required, and an examination under oath may be required for an insurance investigation.
• Have the cart available for pickup by the agreed return date and time. Pickup uses the same time window selected for delivery; delivery and pickup times are subject to availability and scheduling changes.
