- Ages 10+ only; height must be 4 ft to 6 ft 8 in and weight no more than 350 lbs
- Not available for insulin-dependent diabetes, heart, blood pressure, breathing, serious ear or sinus conditions, pregnancy, recent surgery, or medical advice against participation
- Sign a safety waiver
- Bring a photo ID and the credit card used for the reservation; the ID must match the cardholder, who must be named on the reservation
- Arrive 30 minutes before departure for check-in
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before the tour date for a refund less a 3% processing fee. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice and no-shows are fully charged.
