- Park in the first lot on the right after crossing the bridge
- With a meal ticket, check in no earlier than 5:45 PM; dinner opens at 6:00 PM
- With an event ticket, check in no earlier than 7:00 PM; the event begins at 7:15 PM

Full refund for cancellations more than 24 hours before the scheduled event. Full refund if Great Camp Sagamore cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
